No, it’s not a crime. I encourage you to speed and be an asshole when you get pulled over. Roll up your window too.

Maybe but being a dick isnt a crime. Cop should have written him his ticket and moved on. The only way this isn’t a cop being a dick is if he did this because he had money on the game.

People may also be including the Haulover Marina incident in June of 2023, where Hill struck a marina employee but was resolved out of court.

No, cops are not going to stand there while your tinted window is rolled up. It’s a dangerous situation. This is 101 folks.

In 2024, it's ridiculous that there isn't an option to issue a citation without a police officer having to get out of the car. What percentage of people have access to a smart phone that they could use for communication with a police officer?

Ok, so why is the only solution to force someone to roll it down or remove them from the car, that doesnt make it less dangerous. That is also 101.

Apparently the cops also wont stand there and allow Tyreek’s teammates to stand around and make sure he’s okay, considering they also put them in cuffs. I guess you don’t think they were being power-tripping jackasses for doing that either, tho.

Americans will be like "we love freedom" and also be like "if you are an asshole, you need to be assaulted and taught a lesson by an agent of the state" because you didnt roll down your window.

99.9% of people roll down their windows with no incident. But let’s keep defending this entitled asshole.

Correct, cops won’t allow you to just walk up to an ongoing situation. Again, 101.

Incorrect. I’ve started multiple times the cops were wrong too. But that doesn’t fit the narrative.

The test of all civil liberties is going to be based on how entitled assholes and dirtbag lowlifes are treated, sorry. The reason people have the right to an attorney is because some dirtbag criminal sued the USA. That's kind of how things work. That most people will comply voluntarily doesnt mean the 1% that dont need to be physically assaulted.

You can be an asshole all you want. But when you put a police officer in a dangerous situation by refusing to roll down your window, you are escalating, and bringing consequences down on you. I know you understand this.

What happened after he got pulled out, is on the cops. And they should face consequences. What happened up to that point is on Hill.

Wait a second, the cops stopped me, they put themselves in that situation to begin with. This is really the core of the argument isnt ... there are people that think "well they cant simply be allowed to not comply without police escalation."
