1. Putting was the only man surrounding Yeltsin in the 1990's who didn't take a bribe.

Putin was the best President America could ever hope for. He wanted to join NATO. he wanted to integrate the Russian economy with W. Europe, as did Teagan, Thatcher and Gorbchov. Putting wanted to keep the ABM treaty to hold down defense spending for both our countries. Putin wanted to hunt down nuclear terrorists with US help

Is Putin an autocratic. Yrs, but you have to be b authoritative to hold b a country like Russia together. What business is it of ours anyway.

2. American and Russian oligarchs. Plundered Russia in the 1990's. Russia's poverty rate soared to 40". Putting brought it down rlto 2%. Putting neutered the oligarchs slowly but surely and got them out of politics.

2. When it became clear that American oligarchs would not be able to rape Russia anymore they turned on Putin and waged an information war against him

Why would the US plunder Russia , besides the big bucks involved?

The neocon plan was to split Russia into multiple countries. Then use Israel as out aircraft carrier to cut off the energy flow from Iran to China. That way we could have a unipolar world and the super hegemon
