Yes, free speech is on the ballot. Both Harris and Walz have no issue with censoring free speech they don't agree with. I only disagree with Turley to say democracy is also on the ballot in this election which should come as no surprise to those of you here:

Harris often speaks of free speech as it if it is privilege bestowed by the government like a license and that you can be taken off the road if you are viewed as a reckless driver.

The election in 1800 where Thomas Jefferson defeated incumbent John Adams was the only presidential election in our history where free speech was a central issue for voters. It should be again.

While democracy is really not on the ballot this election, free speech is.

 

Your people have the right to free speech even if your government considers it to be hate speech or disinformation? If the answer is yes, then not much different except possibly the level of censorship.

Didn't you just recently have a resident of Limeyland arrested in Europe for exercising his right of free speech as a writer/publisher?
