With a stroke of the pen, the wannabe dictators in the WH have acted unconstitutionally again:

Biden-Harris Education Department Sued Over Race-Based 'Achievement Program' (townhall.com)

To be sure, this Education Department Achievement Program will be ruled unconstitutional just like the Student Loan Forgiveness Program. It is a shame to restrict to 4 paragraphs, but those are our rules so read it all for yourself:

The Biden-Harris administration is being sued over an "unconstitutional" and "discriminatory" U.S. Department of Education program that deems certain students "ineligible" to participate due to their race.

Young America's Foundation (YAF), along with the student activist group's local Young Americans for Freedom chapter at the University of North Dakota, filed a federal lawsuit last week against the U.S. Education Department, alleging that its nationwide scholarship and career-advancement program violates the Equal Protection Clause. U.S. Education Department Secretary Miguel Cardona is also named as a defendant.

As YAF says in the complaint, the "McNair Program excludes many students because of their race" as a result of the Biden-Harris Department of Education and Cardona imposing "mandatory race-based eligibility requirements."

According to the McNair Program's federal regulations, the following groups are considered "ineligible" for such benefits "unless they otherwise qualify as 'low-income first-generation'" college students: Asian, white, Jewish, non-Hispanic Latino, and non-black individuals from Africa.

Also wanted to point out the creativity of nicknaming both of them “comrade”, but spelling it slightly different…. Even convict Trump would roll his eyes at that faceplant.

Something that Congress passed and President Reagan signed into law in 1987 is now the fault of Biden-Harris?

Why weren't you complaining the last 37 years that this has been in use and why is Biden-Harris at fault for something Reagan signed?

Guys who want to vote for the guy who wants to execute Obama in a military tribunal are saying Biden is violating The Constitution.

This revolves around the SCOTUS making Affirmative Action in education admissions unconstitutional as of the spring of 2023 when the decision was released.

Joe Biden adamantly opposed the decision as he does now. He is responsible for what his education department does. That this program was continued with no changes to remove the raced based decisions is the Biden Administration thumbing his nose at the SCOTUS and not complying with the law as a dictator and in his authoritarian executive branch.

This case will go to SCOTUS where it will be reaffirmed again that race-based decisions like this must be stopped. The program can continue but must be opened to all.

You could have hanged your hat on the 1987 law until the SCOTUS decision last year.

It doesn’t blame it all on Biden.
But, please, point out what you think I might be missing. Thanks

So the solution for dealing with an administration that challenges SCOTUS rulings is to replace it with one that promises to suspend The Constitution entirely whenever they see fit?

Biden is in charge of the executive branch. Cardoza reports directly to Biden and Harris. All three know where this is headed which is why I likened it to Student Loan Forgiveness Part Deux. It's our wannabe dictators continuing to thumb their noses at the SCOTUS.
