He’s obviously blind because he said the defense played well. Hey coach the 41 pts they scored didn’t come from good defense. My word.
Hey! Let's all play "I dare you to throw me out of this press conference." I'll go first. "Coach, you said this past offseason that you felt the program's structure was finally fully in place and that now you could concentrate on the important things. What the hell were you talking about?"
Coach are you a history buff? Because you are on track to be the first UF coach to start with 3 losing seasons since before Germany invaded Poland.
He danced quite a bit and didn’t answer questions directly. Of course he can’t break down in tears and admit he’s in over his head, but he should’ve held himself accountable first and it should’ve stopped there. Calling out support staff and equipment managers in your presser isn’t a good look.
To the tune of Knockin' on Heaven's door by Bob Dylan... Mama take this football team from me I can't coach 'em anymore It's getting dark, too dark to see Feel like I'm knockin' on unemployment's door Chorus Knock, knock, knockin' on unemployment's door Knock, knock, knockin' on unemployment's door
"I have no excuses, right?" The third-year Florida coach said. "I just think we've got the group of players that we have," Napier said. "I mean, I think observing them, we had almost the entire team come to the building yesterday when they were off, right? I think that's a good example of the type of group that we have here." Why does he say (right) ??
They got worn out because we never got pressure on their QB. I am not sure if they are that bad, other than the fact that they were completely spent by the end of that game and looked like it. Some might confuse that with lost or out of position. It's hard to cover for 10 freaking seconds per play... which is an eternity for DBs.
Sounds like you’re kinda saying they’re bad. If they were good the front would get pressure. They would have won even if they didn’t score any points in the 3rd and 4th qtr.
Did you see Ally Peek's 17+ minute video of this past game and what she noticed... It's absolutely spot on. Here it is.
