Undocumented immigrants do commit less crime than others. Several studies confirm this, including this one, and this one, among others.

Makes logical sense too. These immigrants come from places where crime is rampant and criminals aren't often caught. They v are escaping this environment. Commit a crime here and get caught, and they risk getting deported back into the high crime area.
