That's the look of a defeated individual. I like the guy, his values, his ethos, but it's time to move on. New AD, new coach. This season will get ugly fast, so might as well act sooner rather than later. This is not what the Gators should be about.
I don't hate the guy. The job is just too big for him. I think he just found a way to get better talent than the rest of the conference at ULL and his signature win was beating an over-hyped Big 12 team (Iowa State). I didn't think he was the right hire at the time but I tried to convince myself that he could stockpile talent. Unfortunately, you can't do that when you don't put out a good product and in this portal era, you're not keeping most guys after a coaching change. Anyway, yeah, he's going to walk away from this a rich man and the rest of us can enjoy the fallout.

Kiffin could definitely still happen. Boosters have to be tired of not competing. They are not going to keep giving money as they are getting no return on their investment.
Idk, man. He's already making 8.5M and the Ole Miss NIL war chest is overflowing. He also only needs to be good to keep them happy. They aren't accustomed to natties. The only downside to that job is living in Mississippi but I imagine even that's not too much of a drag when you've got money.
