My only sunshine is that I wasn’t shouting “snap it! snap it!” on every play like the last few years when the play call came in last second. Maybe that’s the new helmet technology? Play calls still weren’t good enough though

I think both Strickland AND Napier need to go. No confidence in either one of those gentlemen.

Dont sleep on that UCF game earlier...you can't lose to UM, FSU and UCF and coach anymore at UF. That game probably is a toss up in Vegas now even in the Swamp.

No call works if you can’t block or put pressure. This has zero to do with scheme

With the new expanded championship series, its best if you loose early rather than late in the season. So we still have hope.

Naw, I didn’t buy that bovine scatology either.

Watching the halftime show for the TAM-ND game and seeing what functional offenses with good play design look like.

I’m baffled. All off season we heard from reputable sources who got access inside the program tell us that everything was headed in the right direction. Hell, even SOS predicted a better season. There was very little that went our way in the game whether scheme, luck, or chance.

How did every person with access get it so wrong?

I partially agree with what you are saying. However, a bad scheme makes it harder to block and find open receivers. Will be interesting to watch the YouTube breakdowns and see how our scheme stacked up against the Miami defense.

It is more fun to lose than to have a person like Meyer as our coach. He did more damage to our football program than anyone else in the last 40 years. There are much better options.

In fairness this happens everywhere. Every program is hyped up in the spring. And it’s just that, HYPE.

That guy going by the right side all night needs to be schemed I guess.

no reporters had access. The only people who did are big money boosters and some ex players. I’m guessing that the ex players felt that the players looked bigger and stronger and faster and or just is more talented than prior years. However, no insider or ex player would have known - though I guess they could have assumed - that our coaching stayed the same.

The buck stops with Scott Stricklin, IMO. He's made some bad hires across the department over the years, has allowed UF to fall way behind on the NIL mess and is slowly dragging us down to the Mississippi State level. I agree that the AD AND Napier needs to go.

The gator football program hasn’t had four losing seasons back to back since 1935 to 1938. I’ll give you that only two of those are on Napier, but we’re staring down the barrel of historically, bad record. As has been said on here I don’t think he survives if we go into the Georgia game one and six.
