I can't help but think of the contrast of Spurrier with a simple approach, even making fun of other coaching staffs for spending 80hrs/wk in the office. Zerox copied play sheets each hand. Meanwhile, Napier has a record number of staff members... Something like 80-90 people, detailed plans/processes. What a difference.

I too hate the autocorrect function that has regressed worse than this football program.

 

I'm not going to disagree vs Napier, but there are many NFL jobs that open every year. Maybe he thinks that he's NFL HC material right now, but only his agent thinks that. Take an OC job if you want to get in the league. I don't think the NFL thinks nearly as high of him as he thinks of himself.
