It’s hard to find a smart one on the staff right now

 

Well, when I saw the stat that Florida hasn’t lost a home opener since 1989 I figured hey, how about another positive streak that Napier can ruin. Geez.

while the game isn’t over…seems nothing has changed for this program and staff. Dumb penalties, incredibly bland, predictable, and sub optimal offensive scheme, bad defense (to be fair it has been bad with prior staff as well), bad timeout /game management, etc. nothing has changed. This is apparently who napier is.

while I will watch some more of the game and hope we come back, I’m done following and posting in the game thread.

Billy thinks the 12 personnel is a bread & Butter offensive scheme with the guys he has. That 12 personnel was only intended to be good on short yardage (unless you have NFL tight ends, WE DO NOT...).

We need a 10 personnel offense.

 

There it is. Not even through the first half of game 1. This isn’t on Mertz. We are still undisciplined in crucial places.
