Do we understand how a rb can leak out of the backfield for a lob screen to the middle for 50 yards. Not sure we have that play in the last two years.

Napier seems reluctant to throw the ball to the middle of the field. UM’s coverage is very good, Napier needs to run some screens and pop passes to the tight ends. I’ve never been impressed with his play calling….generally too conservative.

 

Off a kickoff and can’t get a play called in time?

 

This period of the game has always been a weakness. End and beginning of half. Hope for something different
