She is going to alienate her base by trying to sound like Trump on immigration and fracking. And she’s not going to pick up any independents in the process, because nobody believes her. The ‘flip-flopping, lean into the center’ general election ploy worked better before the advent of the internet. Nowadays if you say something, it lives forever.

Beijing knows it can't win without Trump’s base, and/or at least, the fence sitters who like America, capitalism, freedom, and Trump’s policies... but can't abide a toad as POTUS... And so Beijing has decreed to sell sKamala to those America lovers... I mean, it's politics.... You don't have to do anything you said you would. That was a pretty brutal interview all around for both Harris and Walz as well as for Bash. How do you not push back on Harris about Biden's obvious mental decline? Wonder if the D's will let Harris do anymore interviews after that debacle. IF she did awesome in the interview, they would line her up to do more, but I think we all know that won't happen. They will keep her on script and only have her reading off a teleprompter and hope she doesn't flame out in the debate. Think Trump will inevitably screw up just as bad in the debate so that might be there best chance for her. Again, we are left with 2 awful choices for President and frankly neither is fit to lead our country.
In fact, nothing else ecplains, or even makes sense. Process of deduction leaves it standing as the only plausible explanation of how the nation's biggest political clown was magically whisked into pole position as the Chicom puppet party's POTUS Nominee (while democratic process was conveniently circumvented)... ...and lest there remain any vestige of doubt, any such vestigial remains were summarily dispensed with, upon the tapping of her successor--a dude with more and deeper ties to the Chicoms than any other politician (sans her current boss) in DC. ...further compounded with how guarded her presentation to the American public is, and still more, by the FACT that the only interview she has agreed to to date, was with the Commie News Network....and with.... HER HANDLER.
They’ll just claim it was prerecorded and she had all the questions ahead of time and that she needs Walz to hold her hand, even though every candidate in history has done a sit down interview with their running mate at some point, lol. Maybe Trump should do prerecorded ones as well that way he doesn’t go on his typical incoherent rambling that he always does. It cracks me up that people like to give him credit for answering questions when all he does is lie or go off topic constantly.
Even CNN is saying she didn't kill it LOL. IF they aren't saying she did great then that says all anyone needs to hear. The rest is people trying to lie because they are too partisan.
The pre-determined conclusions about Kamala are correct. She has a Ling track record. Kamala looked small and insecure in the interview. She needed a booster seat. She struggles to find the words to articulate her vision. She must dread the upcoming debate.
I was surprised how tough the CNN questions were. They were not a friendly interview for sure. And I agree with you, Harris handled it very very well.
Don't be surprised. They have been co-opted by a MAGAt CEO that like other outlets is working to get Trump normalized so he can win this election.
When Kamala debates Trump does she get to.bring her chaperone again? Will the questions once again come embedded with multiple choice answers?
