Don’t take offense to this, but I think it’s funny a Tennessee fan comes to a Gator board to chime in on the game thread for Colorado vs. ND St.
Anybody watching the Western Carolina NC State game? It's cool to see Jerry Odom and Kerwin Bell coaching on the same sideline.
My semi-passive observations: Folks will be compelled to say CO sucks cause they scraped out this victory, but NDSU is a perennially championship and tough-nosed team at their level. Other thought is that CO got the benefit of several calls that could have gone either way. The clock has been criminally bad against NDSU.
Yeah, there were a couple offensive PI that should have been called against CU. I guess the refs need practice too.
Should have been targeting on the catch prior to the Hail Mary too. The announcers seemed like they were going to say it and want to replay it, but then they said “let’s stay right here”.
The athlete disparity showed at the end of the day, physicality wise NDSU held up but just the athletes CU had were to fast and a little to athletic for them to keep up with at the end of the day.
Shadeur is good but his receivers were always ten yards open. Let’s see how he does when they’re covered
They won't be making it to 6 wins with Oline play like last night. Sanders will be lucky to finish the season.
It's just really hard to win when your secondary is so much slower than the other team that the db never get a chance to look back to the ball. On the other hand, those lines of CO are not going to win them many games even in the Big12.
On the deep throws, I’d agree that they got pretty sizable separation. I do think Shadeur made some NFL caliber plays though. Was getting pressured almost immediately and rarely had a clean pocket.
