Ya, these guys who say they don't like Trump really spend a lot of time and energy subtly defending him. Maybe they truly don't like him.....they just totally like the organization that lies for him, defends his criminality, and gaslights the public into thinking that his crime, treason and fifth are acceptable. Harris advisers note that the bipartisan border proposal didn't include any new money to continue building the wall. It just extended the timeline to spend funds that had been appropriated during Trump's last year as president, they say, although the legislation has new restrictions to ensure the money is spent on barriers. Predictably, this was a WEAK a$$ gotcha. So don't get too excited.

Of course this is a problem for Harris, because she now has to explain why she and Biden stopped all wall construction on day 1 of his administration via executive order and now she is for it. She has to acknowledge her own policy exacerbated the migrant crisis and why she fought so hard against something she now apparently supports. She is not going to be able to explain her way out of it and it was a dumb move anyway, because she is not going to sway any independents or moderates by adopting a MAGA policy.
