If I'm watching at home, I end up pacing the living room floor. Being tied to my seat location in the Swamp does calm my nerves a little. No biased network announcers to spin me up in the stadium, either.
True..the announcers on tv annoy me..so I have to mute them...at the Swamp the announcer is our person lol
When I'm at home I always have to stand up at the start of the game until my nerves settle down. But then I'm usually on the edge of the couch.
I sit on one side of the couch and if we're doing good I stay on that side. If we are doing bad I move to the other side. If we are still doing really really bad at that point I turn the channel. I will peak after several minutes and if we are still sucky I just do something else.
