Not a flip. It's called compromise. Biden was ready and willing to sign the bipartisan border bill with support of VP Harris. In that billed, it called for monies to build more of the wall. Even if the wall is useless, which it is, the bill also contained monies for other things that the Ds wanted, including more immigration judges and advocates for children. The Ds who negotiated the bill figured the useless wall was worth giving to the Rs in order to get many of the things the Ds wanted.

Compromise is how things used to work in Washington. But for Trump, compromise is a dirty word. He's a zero sum kind of idiot, and believes his way is the only way.

It's not the first time the D's were willing to compromise on wall spending. Early in Trump's term, the D's were willing to pass a wall bill in exchange for citizenship for DREAMers. But at the 11th Hour, Trump reneged and the compromise died.

Harris took ad pictures at the border.... so guess what's there... a wall don't ask the felon where that portion of wall came from since a few days ago he posed in front of portions that his admin. didn't build (of the 50 miles they actually did!!! oops!) Next she stated she was supporting the border - note to Magats-- the border is more than a wall. She's supporting more border patrol, surveillance, and prevention measures. Democrats have approved border barrier funding for decades. This is nothing new. They wont be building a wall in the middle of the desert.
