That’s about as honest as one can get. Which presents the biggest problem —how can we get Americans to actually believe what is being said to them?

It seems to me, and others, that Trumpeteers treat politics literally as a religion — they accept what Trump says as true based solely on faith. Any facts outside their message are disregarded. Even fact-checking is discarded.

The Left lies and exaggerates, too. But while I don’t see their side treating the words as religious gospel, they don’t seem to are because the mission is clear—vote to keep Trump away from public power.

Her point in the dangers of a second term of “Trump with no guardrails” was absolutely perfectly stated!

Do your clients make the decisions about what and how your firm operates?

I hear you. I really do.
I just cannot vote for someone who WILL absolutely raise taxes…corporate rates, capital gains, and other programs, increase IRS, that will indeed increase the size and impact of govt on the business world.
    It’s NOT an option.

The Democrats have moved into the hope, optimism, freedom and patriotism space vacated by the GQP. The GQP's message is that scary people that don't look like you want to kill you and rape your children, the US is now a sh**hole country, members of the military are suckers and losers and only their orange Jesus can save us.

The problem with your screed is that the right wants to jam the societal standards of the 1950s and the business philosophies of the 1850s down the throats of the public. Project 2025 lays it out. It's very convenient that you've chosen to ignore it.

That's all understandable. But the things above are just factual (how gas prices work for instance).

Excellent article from the WSJ regarding how successful the convention was. Guess that right-center news source been taken over by some Libtards.

I firmly agree with that strategy. MAGA is going to whine about it daily, but if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Words from a Yale educated, senior political correspondent for the Wall Street Journal with numerous awards for Distinguished and Excellent political reporting. I consider that to be a better testament to the DNC than anyone’s views on here (including mine) as that is a glowing endorsement from a non-opinion piece attempting to not show political bias.

His Pentagon positions would make me consider it.
    Stoopsy as secretary of defense.
    Zooker head of recruiting.
Danny as a field general tossing bombs.

Hmmm. Now that you mention it...

Shows you how extreme maga is when a career military, gun owner and registered Republican is considered left. Don't confuse my disdain for Trump and fellow insurrectionists with political leaning.
My oath was defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

They weren't targeting the MAgA base. That's a lost cause. They were targeting those on the fence about being willing to vote against him

Yes, if you play sports as a youth and then through high school or college, you run into lot of coaches (and teachers), all of whom impact your life in whatever way. But that was a charade the other night as the campaign is going to great lengths trying to portray Walz out to be a successful long time coach who impacted hundreds of lives. The fact is Walz coached for a total of 7-8 years and let’s also remember that during his first stint coaching in Nebraska, Walz was a major failure as far as impacting kids lives as it is never a good look when a high school coach gets a DUI.

But hey, again, at least a bunch of middle-aged guys got a free trip to Chicago and were able to awkwardly dance around the stage at the DNC.

Okay, so since you are mad that he didn't coach enough or something, can you give me the years of his two coaching stints? BTW, it is highly likely that a football coach and teacher for as long as he did impacted not just hundreds but thousands of lives.

    He got a DUI.
It’s a very bad look affecting everyone associated to him, especially young people.
