Actually it did. Two essentially octagenarians is a pathetic choice to lead the country. Would have been the two oldest nominees in history... Eclipsing the record they set in 2020. Age isn't just a number, geriatric decline is real. Look at how fast even young presidents age. Clinton, Obama, Bush, all of them looked 20 years older at the end of their two terms. Give me someone with a little remaining vitality. (I'm a bit younger than the average GC poster.... Still in my 40s)
