Talked last night with a buddy about upcoming season. EVERY year I drink the kool-aid. But every year I realize I’m doing it (at least subconsciously). We both agree this year is different. Injuries could side-track everything, for sure. But this defense is gonna be solid. If you have Moore and Marshall at CB, Turner and Castell at S, the defensive backfield is top three in the league. not predicting 10 wins. But truly believe this is a good team.
Well said Pard (just rewatched Open Range for the 10th time ). Wallowing in misery when it requires blinkers to do so is not my idea of a good time. Others are of course free to twist in the wind to their heart's content. GG! Beat scUM!
I honestly expect more than one of each for both teams. How the respective QBs react will tell the tale. I like our QB room more than I fear their's.
Many of us have been fans a very very long time. A few can still remember 0-10-1. I love Gator Football. I love it more when we are dominating rams but no matter what when fall rolls around I know I’ll be rooting, cheering for my gators and hoping, expecting them to win. I’ll take the disappointment over being pessimistic and assuming the worst.
