Obviously the wall issue was Mexico's fault. Remember the conference the serial adulterer set up with Mexico's President? Well no, since the felon told the head of Mexico not to come if he wasn't paying for the wall. Mexico told him to kick rocks. What a laughingstock. Did anyone think to look at the stack of classified papers in the bathroom at Mar-a-Lago for the healthcare plan? Maybe it was in the stack he sold to Putin? Perhaps he could ask for it back?

Is it just me or does she break all ties in the senate (which she has done multiple times)?

You are also saying Biden doesn’t value her opinion at all so that she had no influence on anything done the last 3.5 years. If that’s true, why did he endorse her?

Kamala Harris caused inflation now. Sure.

It's hilarious and sad to see the depths you supporters of the rapist felon will sink to, when theoretically engaging in rational discourse.

And breaking ties in the Senate has what to do withher causing inflation?

And Biden trusting (or not) her opinion has what to do with her causing inflation?

You're entering the "na na boo boo" land of discourse long inhabited by most of your fellow supporters of the twice-impeached traitor. Enjoy, I guess.

Rapist? Must have missed the rape charges or even conviction. He did have a civil case go against him from a lady claiming it from something many decades ago without any evidence or proof. Even a NY jury in a civil case couldn’t find him liable for rape.

As far as the NY trail against Trump, it was a garbage trial that virtually all those in the legal profession knows it will be reversed in appeal. If you had any ounce of unbiased in you, it’s easy to find many democrat voting legal experts and attorneys on YouTube who go over it.

Agreed, I should be more specific: you support a guy adjudicated guilty of sexual assault, who has been accused of sexual assault by appx 25 other women, and who has admitted to committing sexual assault.

This being in addition to his serial adultery, having cheated on all 3 wives, including with a porn star.

I apologize for any inaccuracy. I didn't mean to falsely impugn the sexual assaulting adulterer who you love and defend.

    You must be so proud.

Cognitive dissonance is fascinating. As was explained to you at the time, he was found liable for sexual abuse under New York statutes. That statute contains many acts that are generally considered rape, such as jamming your fingers into a woman's vagina without consent. So your argument amounts to the argument that rape only consists of forcibly inserting his penis into her vagina. You won't like that framing, because even you realize how awful that is, but that is the truth here.

As a reminder, a judge ruled that he couldn't sue somebody for calling him a rapist because the court ruling is consistent with the general meaning of the term, meaning that the claim is true and, thus, not defamatory.

Wow, you polled lawyers or saw a poll of lawyers about that issue? I'd be interested in seeing that. I know you aren't trying to substitute a few carefully selected talking heads that told you what you wanted to hear for the majority of the legal profession, right?

Wow, so you found YouTube videos that told you what you wanted to hear?

Since maga is defending trumps rape. And making an odd attempt using nuanced “what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is” type of arguments.

From the judge on the trail and it’s legal definition….

“As the court explained in its recent decision denying Mr Trump’s motion for a new trial on damages and other relief [in the New York case] … based on all of the evidence at trial and the jury’s verdict as a whole, the jury’s finding that Mr Trump ‘sexually abused’ Ms Carroll implicitly determined that he forcibly penetrated her digitally – in other words, that Mr Trump in fact did ‘rape’ Ms Carroll as that term commonly is used and understood in contexts outside of the New York penal law.”

and this isn’t just some off the cuff comment but a understanding of the juries decision for future legal actions.

Judge says E Jean Carroll allegation Trump raped her is ‘substantially true’ in court dismissal

LOL! Bought and paid for judge speaking for the jury. This judge is as despicable as Judge Merchan.

Had the charge been rape, the jury would have acquitted. Getting Trump on sexual abuse was at least something.

Lefties here calling Trump a rapist are liars.

Yeah, the jury can only find evidence that he jammed his fingers in her vagina without permission. Apparently you think that isn't so bad. So now he has been found to have done that by a court and admitted to it on tape.

That’s what jury decided and the judge’s explanation of it’s legal meaning.

…..I’m sooooooo glad I don’t set my moral compass to Trump.

Where do you set your moral compass? As you lie about calling Trump as rapist, maybe you should seek a new compass.

It sure isn’t trump. He’s the antithesis of where someone’s moral compass should be set.

The jury’s decision and the judge’s explanation of its legal meaning. Sorry, you’re wrong again.

Trump is, in fact, a rapist.

Jury of peers under democrats is exactly what we don't have. Judges used are compromised too. It's called lawfare and it is used exclusively by the democratic socialist communist party.

Trump did and still does deny it. Who was there to know?

There is a reason this was in civil court, lack of evidence where only a biased judge and jury in a handpicked location can get the result it did, only requires 51% vote guilty.

    LOL!

Again, where is your compass that allows you to call Trump a rapist which was not the charge or jury conviction?

If Trump was a rapist, the trial would have been in criminal court requiring 100% to make a conviction.

Yeah, civil cases in New York require more than 51% of the jury to convict. And the location is based on where the act took place. I'm sorry that Trump chooses to do these things in places that you don't like. I'm starting to think you aren't much of an expert on legal proceedings, which raises the question of why you are so confident of this.
