Her campaign has a totally different tenor than Biden. She is way more in your face. I don’t usually like that type of campaigning, I prefer issues, but with Trump, it’s necessary

I am a fan of anything that calls attention to his ranting and raving verses the softened summaries we have been seeing lately. Maybe with a "here we ago, again" warning, people will see the "press conference/rally" in a different light.

I read a similar article in the WaPo. One of my favorite takeaways was the section below, which hilariously illustrates how that guy needs to be spoken to and managed like an infant.

Recent days have featured a familiar sight: a coterie of Trump allies taking to broadcast outlets such as Fox News, seemingly to send a message to Trump — in the apparent belief that this is how you get through to the cable-news-junkie former president.

I think her “We won’t go back” slogan is excellent. Right now, my biggest fear is that Trump will be sentenced to jail on September, and the news cycle will revert back to “lawfare” instead of his pure and ostensible lunacy.

I don't think that Trump will be sentenced to jail although I wouldn't rule it out. A more likely sentence would be house arrest beginning after the election. Probably won't happen but I would love to see Trump sentenced to public service in the form of picking up trash on the streets and in the parks of NYC.

tweet raging against one of his biggest donors...yeah, that works..lol

Trumpworld scrambling to clean up ‘mess’ after ex-president’s angry texts to megadonor (msn.com)

Donald Trump’s inner circle is working to clean up the “mess” the former president created after he reportedly instructed an aide to send a string of angry text messages to a megadonor in the heat of an angry moment.

The former president has apparently engaged in some “erratic behavior” recently, according to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, in part due to the stress of the atypical presidential race.

That includes having his aide send texts to Miriam Adelson, the widow of casino tycoon Sheldon Adelson and eighth richest woman in the world, complaining that the super PAC she funds, which has poured millions of dollars into supporting Trump, was being run by RINOs – Republicans in name only.

“This caused a lot of concern that she was going to scale back her giving,” Haberman told CNN host Kaitlan Collins on Wednesday. Haberman reported for The New York Times that Trump’s decision to rattle off angry messages at Adelson was partly encouraged by Ike Perlmutter, the former chairman of Marvel Entertainment and a Trump megadonor, who hoped Adelson would contribute to a super PAC he backs.

Who knew all it took to take down MAGA the entire time was using the phrase weird, hilarious how much it triggers them and causes them to come undone. Trump over here acting like a toddler who got his juice box stolen. What a pansy, lol. So “alpha” he is.

yeah..that didn't go over so well, of course they overlooked the attacks on McCain and then the insults to veterans who died in Normandy (and anywhere else), if this upsets them that much hopefully it indicates that they are finally seeing that the fat orange man has no robes

Donald Trump's Medal Of Honor Remarks Spark Anger From Veterans (msn.com)

"Donald Trump insulting Medal of Honor recipients is just a continued trend of his disrespect towards our men and women in the military," Travis Akers wrote on X, formerly Twitter. "It's disgusting. This is offensive on so many levels."

Alexander Vindman, a former Army Lieutenant Colonel who testified in Trump's first impeachment inquiry, wrote that Trump "deserves nothing but disdain and disqualifies himself from public office."

Peter Henlein, an Army veteran, wrote: "F*ck this guy. He says the presidential medal of freedom he gave to one of his billionaire donors is better than the Medal of Honor, which is the highest military award, given for heroism in battle, often posthumously. Disgusting."

Veterans for Responsible Leadership, a bipartisan super PAC, wrote that Trump thinks the Medal of Honor is "secondary to the medal he gives his billionaire funders. He doesn't care about our military or their sacrifices."

Why am I not surprised? He reacts based on emotion and has the self-control of a 3-year old. He's still pissed off at Brian Kemp because Kemp refused to support Trump's version of the big lie specifically that there was massive voter fraud in Georgia. Said it before, Harris's strategy when she debates Trump should be to trigger Trump to the point that he has an emotional outburst and goes off on an unhinged rant. At this point Trump's tendency towards erratic behavior has been occurring so frequently that it's not even news anymore.

In my high school, there was this girl, Bobbie Evans*, who was one of our top students. She was super smart and beautiful. Until my senior year, I never got good grades, so I was always intimidated by her genius. That year, we had a class together (AP government of course). One day she said to me, “It was always clear you were intellectual.” I replied, “Wow, I can’t believe Bobbie Evans thinks I’m intelligent!” She retorted, “I didn’t say you were intelligent. I said you were intellectual.”
