    Elon Musk suggests that democracy be ditched for a system of government based on all decision-making being done by "high-status males" and "aneurotypical" people. These are the only people, he believes, that are capable of being free thinkers. There is no such word as "aneurotypical", but the original author might be referring to neurodivergent people, which includes autistic people. Most politicians are arrogant males, so the only difference would be to formally exclude women and low-status males from running the government.
