When i was taking Embryology and Developmental Bio way back in the mid-70s an XYY was referred to as supermale - a name since fallen into disfavor. When it was learned Richard Speck (a mass murderer - killed all those nurses in Chicago) was an XYY, it was briefly thought the XYYs were violent criminals but further research has shown most people are not and don’t even know they have the condition.

This episode has been great as an educational moment and now so many people understand gender is not always an either or dichotomy. A person can be born with female genitalia and male chromosomes while another can be born with male genitalia and female chromosomes. It has been educational for most of us.

That fighter isn't a female. 2 different sex tests proved that person is a male. Until you produce a test showing this person is a female your argument has zero facts. Until then you can continue to try to do some what/if's but the facts are indisputable.
