I have the intellect to infer that since Khelif's Algerian birth certificate indicated that she was female and that she was raised as a girl she has female genitalia. As far as Weigel is concerned she didn't realize that she had the genetic anomaly until she was in her late teens or possibly as an adult although she may had a clue that there was some type of problem since she never had her period.
