On a much more serious note it's also very possible that Trump's near death experience has affected him to the point where is genuinely afraid of exposing himself to the public. The old Trump would be holding multiple MAGA rallies in large venues, the new Trump has made very few public appearances. It's also possible that like Biden before he dropped out, Trump or his handlers are trying to limit the the opportunities for the Donald to embarrass himself.
