This is a multi-way tie for most useless things you have posted. Along with most of your posts. Now run along and play.
His original NGB22 noted him as an E9 CSM with a date of rank of 04/01/05. The correction (which was apparently based on not having taken required coursework for that promotion before retiring) corrected those lines to E8 MSG with a date of rank of 09/17/04.
The press release from his Congressional campaign in '05 stated he was the CSM in March of '05. The date he assumed the duties of the CSM is going to have to be clarified and made public at some point.
Boom. This is it. And who screams the loudest and more effectively…the liberal mainstream media. It’s not even debatable.
Yep, follows. From thread to thread. I largely ignore you because you don't have any thoughts deeper than calling people libbies. In fact, I'll go back to that now.
You’ll notice I don’t like to argue with the wall. You are a broken record. You and lawyer should grab a room. There are quality libs here. You aren’t in the conversation.
You realize that’s not actually a Trump tweet, don’t you? None of his handles have ever been realDonaldTrFan.
This article sheds some light on Walz's retirement timeline. What we know for sure, Walz filed paperwork to run for Congress in February, 2005. In March, Walz's unit was put on notice that it could be deployed within the next two years. In May, Walz retires and two months later, in July, the deployment order is given. While we don't know when Walz filed his retirement paperwork, if he followed protocol, he filed no later than November, 2004, six months before he actually retired. There is nothing there that states Walz retired to avoid being deployed. In fact, the article contains a quote from Walz stating in March, whether if he was stateside or overseas, he was staying in the Congressional race. He was both planning to retire, while preparing for a potential deployment. And in Walz's case, retirement and honorable discharge came two months before deployment. There is nothing there that shows Walz retired to avoid deployment. His plan was to always retire in 2005. But had the DOD said sorry, you're going to Iraq, Walz was prepared to go with his unit.
The hole there is that there is absolutely nothing to suggest that he filed his retirement papers months before, and a decent bit to suggest that he probably didn’t. He was promoted to CSM in either March or April of 2005. That’s not something you would expect them to do with a guy who they already knew was retiring in May of 2005. And he has himself said he retired to focus on his congressional run, but he didn’t file papers to run for Congress until February of 2005.
Everything about the guy seems sketch. From his reluctance to utilize the very National Guard he served in for 24 years when it came time to quell the Minneapolis riots, to his wife and daughter encouraging the rioters. So, it's not going to surprise me to know his deserting the National Guard was anything less than what JD Vance is suggesting it was. It it walks like a duck...
Really, really, really stretching here. As someone that has primarily voted Republican and Libertarian, and was raised in a military family with both my father and brother career military members, I find these attacks disgusting. I’d say the lot of you criticizing him should be embarrassed by it but it’s clear that political “wins” and trying to hold someone’s feet to the fire for imprecise language is all you really care about, not the actual substance. You’re obviously free to carry on but these attacks won’t play well with independents IMO.
