The murder rate in Caracas is 53 per 100,000. In the US, the number is 6.7 per 100,000, down from 7.8 when Biden took office in 2021. Can anyone explain why if so many criminal immigrants are flowing into the country since Biden took over, why has the overall murder rate dropped over the same time period?
