If a policeman pulled over and asked me where I was walking to, where I was coming from ... I'd probably tell him because that's my nature. But unless he gave a reason why he wanted to know, part of me would be thinking "what business is it of yours ...?"

I agree with everybody here based on the video evidence however are we sure the title of this thread is correct? John Sexton does not look black to me and none of the articles I could find said anything about a Black Man. You know if Sexton was black every news media reporting this story would mention he was black.
