so simple even a cisgender could understand it

Death threats are obviously way out of line, but the biology indicates male. Or at least many male traits. If that chromosome pair is XY, it's a male if you ask me. At least for the purposes of physical combat sports, it's male. It matters not whether this was a male who transitioned with hormones to a female or someone who was born already partially transitioned at birth. The end net result is the same and should be a disqualifier. Which is obviously not an extreme position given the IBA rendered the same decision.

 

Interesting that there were no complaints that Imane Khelif's XY chromosomes gave her an unfair advantage when she was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the Tokyo Olympics or when she lost the 2022 World Championship to Amy Broadhurst in 2022. By the way contrary to the title of this post Khelif has yet to win any medal in the Olympics and she may very well be eliminated before winning a medal.
