Hey Jo, I see you are preaching your same fake news about all of Trumps fake charges that were brought by far left wingnut liberal prosecutors and judges. Jo, I’m going to say it real s l o w this time for you. Those charges are being dropped or will be overturned in the weeks to come. Tell me what your new candidate has ever achieved to become the next president of the US. I’ll tell you, NOTHING!

Biden won by getting more votes than Trump. By the way were the ballots mailed to your dead relatives actually used to cast votes? Were they even real ballot mailed by the county voting registrar or were they sample ballots that could have been part of a mass mailing?

Trump was indicted by citizens of New York and then convicted by the same based on the preponderance of the evidence in a fair trial. The only reason they might be overturned is because of the corrupt SCOTUS he got to name 3 scumbags to.

Harris is the current VP and the former AG of California. Those bona fides beat being a bankrupted businessman rapist and Putin's personal lickspittle.

Wow, it is great to have an expert on New York appellate law on the board. Could you explain to me the legal precedent in New York State by which an appellate court will overturn his convictions?

Were any of those indictments not made by a grand jury? Do you even understand how the system works?

Your candidate accepting help in an election from Russia is just an added bonus?

No precedent, but a new SCOTUS ruling that allows his lawyers to argue that evidence presented from the time Trump was president should not have been allowed, and the case should be retried without that evidence. Vacating his conviction and pushing the new trial to after the election.

Oh, the whole country is aware of how the corrupt Biden government weaponized the department of justice. Jo, you and about a dozen far left liberals on this site know that I’m right but you were duped for so long now y’all are embarrassed to admit it.

Wow Lacuna, 15 pages and we weren’t able to convince you to vote for Republican policies over your dislike for DJT? Sounds like your mind was already made up. Not sure why you started this thread?[/QUOTE]

More than anything, it illustrates the weakness of your position.

You might be wrong about Trump having a cake walk in NC. Lots of pissed off NC women are mad about government access to their bodies. Turnout from the youth is likely to be very high. Fingers crossed for liberty.

This thread was started to test the premise constructive ideas will emerge when people engage in cooperative dialogue. I was not looking to be convinced to vote for Trump. I've been convinced not to vote for Trump since the end of January, 2017. Never again.

My intention was not stated at the beginning of the thread as I did not want it to influence the direction I hoped the thread would take. The question establishing the topic and the setting of guidelines was all that was needed. I wanted to be a hands off observer for the most part to see what direction it would take. It went well for a while but deteriorated later in the afternoon when I was off line for a medical appointment, so I let it go.

It's my hope those who participated or read the thread as it progressed will take time to consider how shelving negative attitudes and suppressing hostile tendencies to insult someone you are in dialogue with will facilitate constructive ideas and a spirit of mutual cooperation.

Really, the only thing I'm embarrassed by right now is a grown adult (you) knowing so little about the criminal justice system in our country, yet feeling qualified to spew gibberish onto a message forum. Well, OK, I'm also embarrassed that the person doing this (you) has Gator next to their name.

At this point, though, I'm pretty sure that grand juries which are comprised of individual citizens have indicted either Trump himself or people working on his behalf in no fewer than 6 jurisdictions. Let's count; NY, GA, DC, FL, AZ, MI. Are there more? Am I possibly misattributing federal indictments - I'm no lawyer. It's really hard to even keep track at this point.

But perhaps you'd be able to shed some light on how Joe Biden "weaponized the Justice Department" to make this happen? Probably not, you'll just scurry away from the challenge.
