I think they are both very closely related. God states both are sins and if we get baptized and understand Jesus is the son of God and our Baptism washes away our sins. Then after we are baptized and we sin we must repent and ask for forgiveness as it pertains to another person ad they must ask that person to forgive them. You can also come forward to your brethren and ask them to pray and ask for repentance. Biden/Harris/Trump/Vance are not morally the best examples, but our Government doesn't require us to be sound morally.

 

I don't think it's my business to know whether either Candidate as asked God for forgiveness. That's between them and God. I also believe the allegations Trump was "guilty" of were a witch hunt by the left. I also believe God has a purpose for Trump or he would not have turned his head in PA. JMHO though

 

Personally, I could care less about what either has done in their personal lives. Look at how people looked at the Urban Meyer teams etc. and how other teams fans mocked us, but now look at Kirby and Gator fans now mock them. I am basing my vote strictly on the issues and Trump PROVED he could run this country. Do I like his "mean Tweets" and other things he says? NO!!!!! I am basing my opinion of how each administration performed and my core values are more inline with Trump's policies.
