Kamala should have been the flag bearer as she represents true American patriotism

Gators have had a great presence at the Olympics for quite some time.
Parker Valby is a beast, excited to see how she races.

The scene where the three young people ditched the library to have a threesome was odd.

I think it's important to recognize that MAGA has traveled outside their comfort zone to find things internationally to be offended about. That's ultimately what the Olympics are all about, right?

A friend’s daughter is a junior at Asbury College in Kentucky. The school has some kind of arrangement with the Paris Olympics to supply students to work it. She left last week with a round-trip ticket, hotel, meals, and will be paid €100 per day. Her job will be data entry for track and field and gymnastics. Where were those gigs when I was in college? :D

Ummm, Paris Olympics opening ceremony was a very French production. The visuals, symbolism and music depicted numerous aspects of French history and culture.
If you were looking for a nod to American culture or interpretation, you weren't going to see that.

Funny combination of ideas. While I do agree the base of the ceremony was irreverently French I was struck by how the French rock band and rapper emulated American music culture and how New Yorker Lady Gaga opened it up and Canadian Celine Dion closed it. Lots of other western nations’ athletes took the torch.

Odd indeed, everyone knows the correct threesome ratio is 2 ladies one man … come on Paris, do better.

bad reviews for clarkson and manning.

    and of course on x…..

“'The cool thing about this Olympic opening ceremony is how Peyton Manning and Kelly Clarkson apparently did no preparation.'

Kelly Clarkson is killing it on this opening ceremony broadcast with interesting analysis that ranges from “this is cool” to “this is SO cool."'

Kelly Clarkson and Peyton Manning sound like the American tourists Parisians dread,'

who chose Peyton Manning and Kelly Clarkson for this. No disrespect to them but you’re really telling me you couldn’t put together a better commentary team for the OLYMPICS? It’s like they just took two celebrities everyone knows and went “good enough”

Fans slam Kelly Clarkson, Peyton Manning's NBC's Olympics commentary

That’s a cool pic. I wish nbc showed us more of the boat. cool seeing 600 US athletes representing us, packed on a boat. A visual we’ll never see again.

The drag Queens mocking "The Last Supper" was beyond sick!!!! They don't want to be mocked, but they mock others. How "Inspiring" that ceremony was then you have the 3some scene. Just what children around the world need to see.
