Not exactly. The false dichotomy about either being a Trump supporter or a commie who hates America flows one direction. I can love my country and disagree with Trump at the same time. That seems lost on many, unfortunately.
Quote from the book that the current VP nominee for the Republican Party and the son of the Presidential nominee endorsed: Let's hear again how the Republican Party isn't rejecting democracy.
Honestly, I could see him fitting in with some of the more conspiratorial folks around here. He also thinks January 6 was a trap and an insurrection...against Trump. But, the far larger point is how this has become a mainstream view of a major political party. Honestly, could you imagine a book explicitly proposing an end to democracy being endorsed by a VP candidate, Presidential candidate's son, and multiple other former top advisors of that Presidential candidate?
Calling people "unhaman" is the type of, well, dehumanizing behavior that can lead registered Republicans to shoot presidential candidates with an AR-15.
I thought this is what the democratic socialist communist party thinks about Jews in siding with terrorist Hamas and while buying into from the river to the sea. Jews are unhuman pigs that must be slaughtered which Hamas did do on October 7, 2023, a date that will live in infamy.
Just poking fun at you and this is how you respond. More evidence of being friendly and inclusive. Gosh you guys are so fun to be around.
Do you guys notice a shift in atmosphere when you walk into an event or party where a lot of people know you?
Its a pattern man. You know I've experimented with quoting them on things I agree with or thumbs uping/liking things I agree with. I actually have several pretty liberal views on some things like drugs, LGBT inclusion and rights, pro-choice even though I personally don't agree with it and immigration but you'd never catch most of them responding back or agreeing with me. They cant turn it off. Its either you hate Trump and you affirm that hes Stallon and Hitlers love child or you are dead to them. Its easy to see in neutral videos on college campuses and out in the real world. The fact that one side is willing to have a normal conversation (which doesn't mean they are willing to change their opinion, thats different) and the other side is all vitriol and flame. They don't really like to post those kinds of things as evidence to their moral superiority, they rather you believe them and their favorite media source (look at the Biden is "sharp as a tack" thread that aged extremely well). You have to take them at face value while they will not take anything you say at face value. Quite the catch 22. Fact is, take your every day liberal versus conservative and I'd much rather sit down and hang out with someone who is wrong but pleasant to be around rather than someone who thinks they are right about everything and a wet blanket. Call me crazy though...
Not excusing Clinton, she was an idiot for saying it, but I'd say calling someone 'unhuman' is worse than calling them 'deplorable'. But where does 'vermin' fall on your scale?
