    This thread is certainly transformative.

Now, where did the bad man touch you..

There is no outrage like manufactured outrage. But, I think the trans athletes and their backers made it political. Didn’t they lobby for political change? When you jump the shark….

Nope. We need leadership that stops lauding and pushing a mental disorder to the point that men actually get excited about beating women at sport.

That said. Yes. I believe private leagues should follow basic science when setting rules for competing. I don’t want my daughter playing your son in softball. Maybe you are a weird one that would get excited about your son beating girls at competitions they have a clear advantage at.

I agree with most of this and wish we would just get back to biology 101. We however can’t ignore there is a growing group of people who want to be whatever it is they feel like being. I have always said as long as it’s not costing tax payers money and they are not harming anyone, people have the right to do whatever they want to themselves.

If enough trans people want to fund and play sports against each other, why should I care?

Yet some here want to play denial while cheerleading the push that keeps it going.

History books will not be kind to your type.
Insane that you insult someone for wanting women rights.
Perhaps you’re confused about your own gender…and so you empathize with those folks.
    Bless your progressively, confused heart.

I agree with this too and perhaps I should have been more clear. Trans people will never organize with their own money as described. They want to crash the pre-existing binary setup in athletics we’ve all known and loved for decades. They would also fight amongst themselves as I believe some of them are stating there are dozens of various “genders”. You’re trying too hard to make sense out of something that makes no sense. That is all. Feel free to have the final word.

So, I still don't see anyone offering a solution to what they apparently consider an atrocity. Should there be a law to prevent this?

Isn’t there already a law that prevents it at the collegiate level? Title IX. Your loose interpretation of that law may vary, but it’s clearly a law governing gender in sports. So let’s not act like it’s out of the question.

You didn't answer the question, of course. Do you think there should be a law to prevent what happened at that race?

It’s sad that we believe we need laws for something as common sense as this topic…
This is not that complicated…get trans folks psychiatric help and protect girls from the progressive confused democrats.

I'm not a lawyer, but I think other laws might already overlap. Generally speaking, are there not already laws in place regarding misidentifying yourself to gain entry into events you wouldn't otherwise be allowed into? I'm sure state and local laws vary to some extent. I've never understood it as my right as a man to walk into a women's public restroom. Those restrooms are usually clearly denoted as for women. Perhaps my understanding of the law is wrong, but again I suspect state and local laws affect this to a degree.

They aren't 'misidentifying' themselves, because being trans isnt illegal, the law isnt your brain saying "they arent real women." Besides, there is no law governing privately run sporting events, they can make their own rules, and I dont know why the government needs to step in an tell them they cant run their races the way they want. Just because you cant accept trans people doesnt mean other people cant.

Unfortunately for you, the real world isn't really described by a 101 level understanding of it. To wit, gender and sex are associated with different neural pathways.

river is doing what the dems do. They look the other way and come up with nonsense to silently support the perversion.

    It is a weird thing.
