The only thing I've ever heard Trump say about his kids is that he thinks Ivanka is hot enough for him to want to have sex with. Is that the part of his "persona" you are referring to? I just want to be clear on this.

It's reassuring that you believe that a personal matter, which is NONE OF OUR DAMN BUSINESS, shouldn't disqualify a woman from becoming president.

So, there is conceivably (ahem) some segment that is on the fence about her not having had biological kids and this will swing them? I doubt that person was ever really undecided since it is an absurd qualifier.

I think it's only a matter of time before Trump (or Vance or both) suggests she's a man. "That's why she keeps laughing at us. At least Michelle kept a straight face."

I really wonder if the 'you know she's childless! and has only gotten anywhere because she's a DEI hire, and, you know, her laugh ...' really wonder if that isn't going to offend a lot of decent people.

I can't imagine Trump and his mob offending decent people.

He should just type it out once in his signature and be done with it.

If Kamala Harris had given birth to a child with a white husband, would MAGA be concerned that she was "poisoning the blood of America"? And if so, what do they propose we do about it? Are there any voodoo spells they can recommend? Or would she just be burned at the stake with the other witches that MAGA has identified? It's too bad Monty Python isn't doing comedy sketches anymore--they could have a field day with Trump and his minions.

Didn’t seem to hurt when people talked about Hillary’s laugh. Kamala’s is worse and her resume isn’t a 12th of what Hillary’s was. So imma go out on a limb and say it won’t offend enough people to make a difference.

Who did he rape? It's not even funny that you continue to confuse Trump with William Clinton.

Let's not split hairs on this.

Anytime anyone is married with kids, we instantly have a greater sense of trust than someone single without kids, regardless of race or sex. What's why we feel at ease with soccer moms in minivans, and not the young man on his motorcycle.

Does it have anything to do with intelligence or capability? No, not at all.

But the perception DOES play a role in electability.

    Thats a bit dramatic.

The conversation has been if someone without kids really understands the demands and needs of a majority of voters who are likely parents.

I doubt it matters much, but it isnt misogyny to have the discussion. I mean the exact same conversation can be had of a man right?

Parenting is something that a non parent can never grasp or understand. Regardless of reasoning, it is just a fact.

Are some of the people spouting it misogynistic?
Sure. But my guess is many moms may whisper it too... But the premise of the discussion is valid and you can bet Democrats are focus grouping it as we speak because they also know it and want to have an answer.

Once again: she has kids. Two of them that she helped raise. It is misogyny to claim that she doesn't have kids because she never pushed one out of her birth canal, which is what they are really saying.
