I think it could possibly matter enough to cost her 1 to 2 percent off her raw vote total, which could be enough to turn the entire election. I don’t think it will be close enough to matter though, for the reasons you stated above.
The whole idea that some shouldn’t vote for someone because they don’t have any biologic kids is pure asshattery. Plenty of other reasons not to vote for Harris, they don’t need to invent some ridiculous crap.
Imagine if Trump was childless. A huge chunk of his persona would be gone. For right or for wrong, it would likely cost him votes everything else being equal. It is what it is, right? That was my question.
Does anyone here really believe this? That if you don't have kids, you don't really care what happens down the road? Daily Wire host Matt Walsh attacks VP Kamala Harris for having a career Walsh: “She's a woman who has chosen to dedicate her life to her own personal ambition and career advancement. She has lived a very self-serving life. The lack of children is a symptom of that.” https://www.mediamatters.org/matt-w...-walsh-attacks-vp-kamala-harris-having-career
Trump has had children with 3 different women, cheated on all of them and buried one of them on his golf course in a potter's grave. As for Kamala, the attacks already coming from the GOP for her being childless will help her far more than that status will hurt her.
Exactly. It only shows how misogynist the right wing can be. I hope that they keep attacking her in ways like this so that everyone can see how much they hate America
As a man with children, I can confidently say that women with children hate women without children. And they love men without children. And feel ok about men with children. And sometimes like women with children. And really hate pregnant women. Meanwhile women without children rank them this way: Men with children Pregnant women Women without children Men without children Women with children And pregnant women rank people this way: Pregnant Men Women without children Men with children Women who have recently showered Men on unicycles Pregnant cats Now let’s talk about the nuanced feelings of women married to men with children who love women with leg hair. Wait, I gotta go. My wife is coming home, and ever since she had children she’s hated men posting on message boards, but I think that’s only common sense.
I’ll ask the same question I asked yesterday. Don’t you think it just makes sense that the first female POTUS would be a mom? That seems like such a natural segue to me for the nation. It’s probably not going to be a man-hating, fire breathing progressive, who slept her way to positions of power, kept men in prison longer than their sentences and laughed about it. It’s fun watching you all get swept up in the DNC’s web…again after they just tried sowing the wool shut over your very eyes. Don’t you think it would be prudent to take a moment and mull this over before you dive in head first for a candidate who didn’t win a single primary? She will likely perform worse than Biden would have in the election, because her record and her persona are so repulsive. She doesn’t have Biden’s or Hillary’s resume or anything closely resembling much of a resume at all. You might as well say she is a DEI hire, because what has she done?
I can't. I leave the decisions up to the individual women, who are capable of making their own life choices.
Reread you own posts in this thread…some women actually may agree with the govt limiting a late termination.
about 2/3 of women identify as pro choice. Just fyi. Depending on the survey. 84% think it should be either totally unrestricted or legal with some rules around it.
I said some women. That’s why I don’t like to speak for women or cite polls/surveys about what some women might believe.
