As for Harris, she was never given the job of Border Czar. That's a title given to her by Republicans. Her actual job was to travel to countries like Guatemala and Venezuela to see if there were opportunities for citizens to stay at home, instead of emigrate north to the US.

And El Paso? Did you know thousands of school age kids start their day in Jaurez and cross into El Paso daily. Same thing happens daily in Nogales and Yuma. This kids are either citizens, born in US, or have at least a citizen parent or grandparent. By right, they can attend school in the US.
