Where did you find this crazy “news” source? With Trump is the alternative prior gaffes won’t make much difference. Far more important is how she comes out and presents herself. I don’t know how she will do. But at least she can be her own person and have her own positions and not have to parrot the president’s positions.
In Arizona, if a Senator steps down or like McCain, dies in office, the Governor selects a replacement. Current AZ Governor is D Katie Hobbs. The seat is protected. There could be a special election, but that v wouldn't be until 2026. And whomever Hobbs selected would have incumbent advantages.
He probably wants to distract from a guy who thinks no one was as smart as him to realize electric planes will fall out of the sky when it gets cloudy…man that’s one smart guy.
