You give it to Harris and choose a running mate for her, probably one of Josh Shapiro, Andy Beshear, or Roy Cooper.

 

It will certainly have people's attention, probably be a ratings bonanza, reality TV survivor kind of stuff.. I've heard RNC ratings are tanking this year, down like 20-25% ... doesn't seem to be any excitement for Trump this year like their used to be.

 

Who "gives" it? There has to be a protocol in place.

Dems trying to see whether two grads of very, very good, but not ultra-elite, law schools (UC Hastings for Kamala, Georgetown, UVA, and UNC for those three) can outdo the Yale grad the Republicans put up?



(But in all seriousness, it is a little unusual how well-represented tippy-top law schools largely thought of as very liberal are in the new batch of GOP big guns.)

 

My guess is Biden would release his delegates from their pledge to him, then endorse Kamala who if nominated would choose a VP.

Thank you for describing what's wrong with America. Deciding what candidate is suitable for the most important job on the planet based on a quirky laugh. Not based on ideas, philosophies, accomplishments, their record, or anything of substance. Their laugh. If it's not photogenic, we don't want it. We'll take a good-looking idiot who can memorize a few insults over a genius (I'm not saying that Harris is a genius here) who can solve problems, but has a small physical blemish of some sort, or, heaven help us, a quirk. If Biden didn't get past his stutter a long time ago, he never would have advanced past dog-catcher in today's social media society.

At this point, I don't care if a candidate is a cross-eyed, stuttering, stumbling, spastic person who can't dress themselves, if they can understand what direction the country needs to go and how to get us there, they've got my vote.

After looking at this, it seems to be coming from Fox News and Newsmax ... unless there is some other links I'm missing. Biden's camp denied it, again. Could be right wing media pushing a false narrative to further divide dems. I'll wait for some confirmation.
