You made the claim, not me. Support your claims with evidence, or have them dismissed as false.

I like how she waited all this time and then dumped it in between some big news (assassination attempt) and RNC conf day1/Trump picking his running mate. It will drop out of the news cycle in mere hours.

In the end I would assume this would get appealed to the 11th circuit again?

I went back and explained it... Go back and see how I responded to it in post #94.

The gist is that Hunter has an advantage with this prosecutor whereas Trump did not. So... why would the Liberal Leftists try to get rid of a good deal for Hunter?

As a reminder, the Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden case was a Trump appointed US Attorney prior to his appointment. Would you like to explain how Trump appointed this person to his prior position?

That's okay. The question is: Do you think it would be a good idea for them to get rid of that prosecutor or not?

Good idea for whom? Are you saying that Biden appointed people should be prosecuting him?

No, I would say that he would probably prefer to have a US Attorney appointed by Biden prosecute him instead of the Special Counsel who was a Trump US Attorney. BTW, that is what this ruling says is the better alternative. Biden appointed prosecutors handling both his son's and Trump's cases. Sound like a good idea to you?

Ever heard of a seach warrant?

Face it, you think your POS POTUS should not be held accountable even when he LIES to federal, state and local officials and OBSTRUCTS justice.

Sorry. Crimes committed after he is no longer in office certainly can't be considered "official" acts.

    Despicable? Yes.
    Treasonous? Yes
    Official? No

That's funny considering Trump's handpicked judge dismissed the case against him while Hunter got convicted.

Oh, you noticed that too. lol.

I don’t think the timing had anything to do with the assassination attempt. But with the RNC convention? You betcha. That thing was probably drawn up before the motions were even filed.

Did Trump use the "Bewitched" eye-blink to declassify documents? There's no record of him following established declassification procedures.

Best to have the potential appealed case out of her hands.
