Of course it does as both cases are prosecuted by Special Prosecutors. You just want different procedures for Hunter Biden and Trump because you only want one of them convicted and are working backwards from that point.

I can assure you that all previous Presidents cooperated fully in returning the classified documents.

This case was never about Trump possessing a few classified documents. It was about him LYING to authorities, REFUSING to return his "My Precious" (in Golem's voice) documents, OBSTRUCTING the investigation, and DISCLOSING classified documents to potential foreign operatives who had neither a security clearance nor a "need to know" the classified information in the documents Trump put on display.
