Boy you can just feel the wind go out of their sails...

They REALLY thought they were on to something there, with deploying the justice system on their political opposition--guess they figured no one would realize they were copying a long tread path trail blazed by our aspirational peers whom we affectionately refer to as: "the third world"; Or "banana republics".

...and THIS, after a muffed assassination attempt--(another page from our 3rd world/banana republic inspirational peers...).

What freaking case? No, I want the FBI agents involved arrested for home invasion of a former president. Or... whomever ordered it arrested.

Judge Cannon could have just as easily dismissed as the case is unconstitutional after the ruling by SCOTUS on presidential immunity. This motion was already before her, so she simply ruled on the motion in hand and dismissed the case. Good job Judge Cannon.

Without Biden declaring lawfare against Trump in November 2022, this case, well, none of the cases would have been brought against Trump. Look for the NY and Fulton Counties cases to implode as well.

Judicially, there is a chance for the US to return to equal justice for all rather having a two-tiered justice system where liberals are treated more favorably than conservatives by prosecutors, judges, and juries.

Wow, you want to arrest the FBI agents that invaded Hunter Buden's House too? On what charge, specifically?

What do you win by "winning" at criminal trial?

Illegal or not, you realize that Cannon is basically asking Biden’s DOJ to handle this themselves?

Trump has a legal right to declassify and own/possess those documents... They have no case.

I am pretty sure that presidential immunity would not extend to the civilian that refused to return the files.

Had, past tense, a legal right to declassify the documents. He also admits that he did not declassify them when he had the legal ability to do so. And since he didn't do that when he did have the legal ability to do so, and no longer has the legal ability to do so, he is in violation of the law.

In addition to being in violation of the law, he is putting our national security at risk with the lack of security surrounding the nuclear secrets he stole.

How many former POTUS lied to national security officials trying to retrieve specific documents, and then tried get some valet to pack up and move the documents to a different location? The answer: just one. He’s spayshul.

The issue as I understand it is that Smith was not a government employee when he was selected and one way of reading the rules for appointing a special prosecutor would require it. He was working in the Hague.

So, Trump took documents he declassified as president home to Mar-A-Lago. Presidents have historically done the same. Clearly, he made an official act as president, which is something Senator Biden could have never done.

Speaking of Biden, shouldn't his case be reopened when Trump has new law enforcement in place. Biden not only took documents illegally, he also shared them with his ghost writer. They should both be prosecuted.

Hillary Clinton taking documents as Secretary of State should have been prosecuted too. Maybe we can hang election interference around her neck to bring old charges back up so we can put the old woman in jail.

We can do the same with Barack Obama who weaponized the IRS to promote election interference. Better yet, Obama can be charged with murder as he got tough killing US citizens who joined ISIS to influence the election while he was soft on actually attacking ISIS.

Of course, all of this is just theoretical. Trump isn't going to prosecute any of these people.

What jumps out is your democratic party and leaders have attacked and persecuted Trump for 9 years with zero remorse. I hope these democratic leaders fade into history where they belong.

MAGAts all over will just have to settle for easing their excitement with just the Hunter crotch pics as this means his case will be tossed also if this travesty survives appeals.
