Am I the only one who thinks this wasn’t random political violence?

It's the first time I've ever seen security snipers in plain sight, a gun mounted, at anyone's campaign event. I recall there was one plainclothes security officer on a roof during the Dealey Plaza motorcade, but he had no mounted gun looking ready for combat. Maybe it's routine. Where were the protective snipers at the attempt on Reagan? With the car he was walking to parked for some reason away from the hotel entrance where it was supposed to be for him? Oh, I know, just a security lapse. (And then Hinckley's magic bullet!)

Maybe not more, but a stronger and more seasoned group. I counted as many as four women in the video for the SS. 3 are shown not looking very sharp as his vehicle pulls away.

 

I knew him as a kid. He was a prick and a cowardly try to be bully. As much as I disliked him I didn’t hope for him to be violently attacked. Yes Biden is too old to run. As a geriatrician his frailty in a position that requires stamina and alertness is lacking.

 

Maybe but most of those women looked like human shields to me around the van, not his primary protective detail. They were all men but one.

 

I’m sure heads will roll. The head of the detail and/or Director are in some peril of being fired or transferred to guarding the WH door. Happens often after public breaches.

 

Good question. After the shots were fired there were men and women with guns drawn all over the site - Local, state, and Fed.

 

The videos show local police in the area of the buildings.

It appeared these snipers were already aiming at the building before the shots were fired and it was but a few seconds if that when the snipers shot the guy dead.
I'm not a sniper but it would seem that if you're not sure exactly where a bad guy is located (unless you already knew) that you could spot the guy, aim and fire a perfect shot all within a few seconds.

I do security events for concerts in Knoxville, there is a coordinated meeting in advance to be certain that all measures of security are covered, all communications are clear. There is no doubt a huge breach in security and with all the uptick of hate for DT of late, "must be stopped" "threat to democracy" "bulls eye" all measures should have been taken. I just don't think such egregious lapses happen by accident.
Someone will take the fall for this but I'm not confident the whole story will ever be revealed.

 

I love the idea that this was all planned and a huge conspiracy, BUT, the planners decided putting all their eggs in an untrained 20 year old "sniper" to take the shot was the conclusion of all this work. Lol. Y'all kill me.

 

You mean an impressionable kid? Ever know of any young deer hunters with scopes who can down a deer from great distances? How do you know he was untrained in firing a rifle? Are you related? Did you check to see if he could shoot straight? How familiar are you with this guy? Had DT not turned his head this "untrained" shooter would have succeeded.

 

There was a guy (deranged) who just wanted to talk to Obama (did have a pocket knife)so he hopped the fence at the WH setting off alarms strolled across the expansive and canine patrolled lawn opened the door that had SS behind it and made it to the residence. There were about 6 SS failures, serendipitous timing by the guy, and erroneous assumptions by the Presidential detail that day that allowed it to happen but it happened.

 

since this is about conspiracies - will be interesting the interplay between trumps team and SS. Did team trump listen to SS for setup? Did they refuse SS direct recommendations on outdoor rally near structures because SS didn’t have manpower to ensure that level of safety since as a candidate I don’t believe he gets the coverage the potus gets? I anticipate this will all come out.

and no, without some good evidence, or how about any evidence, imo SS didn’t find a lone nut, work with their teams, a few cops, and coordinate an deliberate assassination attempt. Because Biden ordered it? Because they really don’t like Trump?

however SS inability to protect the ex potus who is currently the front runner to be next potus is a unforgivable failure of duty. Not sure if it’s our gov policy on type of coverage a candidate gets, or someone didn’t realize there wasn’t coverage, or miscommunication with cops or what. But they let us down. Note SS individual members are incredibly brave. The way they use their bodies to protect the potus.

 

He attempted a headshot with a non dedicated sniper rifle. He was not trained in shit.

I'm saying in relation to the conspiracy this was a whole setup. They wouldn't go through all the trouble of this elaborate conspiracy and then rest the kill shot on a 20 year old with an AR-15 going for a head shot. That's idiotic. I'm not downplaying the attempt on his life. I'm downplaying this was some elaborate orchestration.
