None of that has anything to do with your claims. The court ruled that he engaged in sexual abuse. You might not like that fact, but it is a fact.

What the judge says in the court room is on the record, but it does not mean what you think it means.

This finding was by a jury. And yes, it does mean that the legal system can't rule the claim false, as it has already judged the claim true. It is called "collateral estoppel." Look it up.

Did he go to jail for this "felony?" Has there even been an appeal to this "felony" court case?

Yeah, the judge and his statements along with the state of New York deliberately manipulating the statute of limitations to even bring this charade to court in the first place will be fleshed out on appeal.

While he wasn't convicted of a felony, the decision that Trump defamed E. Jean Carroll was in effect a finding that he lied when he denied that he had ever sexually assaulted her or in other words the court found that E. Jean Carroll's allegations of sexual assault against Trump were true.

For accuracy's sake it was the New York State legislature that extended the statute of limitations for civil cases of sexual assault, it wasn't the judge.

I never said the judge did that, but thank you anyway. It seems illegal to do, not that it is, just for what looks like a political vendetta trial.

This case is not based on a felony conviction. That is one of his other cases. Sentencing of that will be in a few months.

Again, the adjudication of liability for sexual abuse was not by a judge, it was by a jury.

You are conflating cases... maybe step way for a while and see my quotation marks in "felony" when I talk about the civil court case.

Actually, you are conflating cases. People don't go to jail over civil convictions. So your question is nonsensical.

As a reminder, you argued that Trump could sue a person for claiming he was a rapist. That is factually untrue. He has been found by a court to have committed sexual abuse and a court has also determined that this finding is a true basis on which to declare him a rapist.

I am sorry that the law doesn't support your nonsense. To sum the facts up: Donald Trump was found, in a civil case, liable for Sexual Abuse by a jury. A judge later found that such a finding means that a person can truthfully state that he is a rapist, based on the common definition of the word. As such, stating so is neither a lie nor defamation.

Not to be rude, but do you know anything about these matters you comment on? ANYTHING?

And do you read anything posted which would.....give you more information and make you better informed? Or do you just actively CHOOSE to be uninformed?

You've done about 10 posts in a row now, defending and lying for your legally adjudicated sexual abuser.

But why do you so vociferously defend sexual abuse?

Are you just a man who supports and encourages sexual abuse, so you defend it when it happens?

    Sad.

For years many thought oj was innocent. I recommend stop debating it.

I don’t think hardly anyone thought OJ was innocent (including the jurors), they just didn’t care that he did it, or more correctly saw it as a way to push back at the system. Probably some interesting parallels there with Trump and his supporters.
