Biden has far more substance than Trump. Strongest economy in the world, actual infrastructure work, wages increasing faster than inflation. But yeah, he’s old

He started his answers to policy questions well, then devolved into incomprehensible story-telling. I want Trump to lose, but Biden continues to embarrass. IMO, there was very little to be happy about in that presser.

We all knew it would get delayed. Still doesn’t change the fact that your boy is a criminal, rapist, and definitely is in the Epstein files, but continue to think everything and everyone is against him, lol.

Everybody makes mistakes. I mean, how many times was Churchill mistakenly introduced as Prime Minister Hitler ?

About the same number of times Roosevelt referred to Hitler as a genius for his invasion of Poland.
Trump calls Putin "genius" and "savvy" for Ukraine invasion

He's been adjudicated liable for sexual assault in a court of law. He's been accused of sexual assault by approximately 25 (!!) women. He's publicly stated that he commits sexual assault by grabbing or kissing women without their permission.

Tbh, maybe it's more accurate to call him a "sexual assaulter."

Those FACTS stated, are you going to admit that you support a sexual assaulter, or retreat back into your made up alternate reality?

He actually can't sue over that, as has already been found in a court of law. He was found by a jury to have committed sexual abuse under New York law. Sexual abuse under New York law involves the forcible insertion of any object other than genitalia into a woman's genitals. A court has already ruled that, due to the common definition of rape, it is legal to state that he is a rapist, and that this is not defamation due to the fundamental accuracy of the statement.

In that civil court case he was not convicted of any such felony... All that case was about is defamation of character.

It's under appeal and one more time... That case in New York City was NOT A CRIMINAL FELONY COURT CASE for rape. It was a civil court case for defamation of character.

It was a civil case. However, a finding in a civil case is allowed as evidence of truth in a civil matter like a defamation suit, such as the one he filed and you suggested in your post. As such, it is not defamatory to refer to him as a rapist, as the court system has said that he committed sexual abuse. The reason that it isn't: the statement is considered true by the court system. As such, contrary to your claim, it is not a lie and is, in fact, legally true.

Lol... sure, the only way around the statue of limitations and to essentially break sate law they has to make it a civil case... otherwise ex post facto would be invoked in that charade or a case. Ex post facto cannot be used in a civil case, according to a lawyer friend of mine.

Changing the statue of limitations might not be allowed in felony court cases even in the state of New York? Who knows...
