Even the sandwich makers didn't make it to the second date. Little did plan know, though, that it was their choice, not his.

I don’t think she’s smart enough to make a pipe bomb without blowing herself up

OK, that is a good reset.

Doubtful she could pull off this caper, for a hundred reasons. And even for her, it would be ludicrous for her to literally do it.

I doubt it’s her, and find all this sleuthing dubious at best.

But the original idea was her perpetuating a false idea.

I will also give her enough credit to believe she knew it was a lie from the jump.

She is grinding a particular axe here that got lost up front. Why does this bullshit meme even exist, for her to perpetuate? It has a purpose, and it is the same as hers.

I noted up thread I saw it posted many times, funny thing was it was by both friends on the left and the right.

I guess one point it was trying to make was many founders were young and were able to help come up with one of the best governing documents in the last 400 years, so we shouldn’t ignore the ideas of “youth”.

That is indeed the idea, thanks for bringing it back.

But even with that, people weren’t living to 80, like the Great Society ideas and a confluence of privileges, many earned, have allowed today.

I won’t go down the whole list but GW and JH barely made it to 60 (pretty sure JH did not.) I know that TJ was in his 80’s because I am a UVA grad.

IOW, they were in those days “seniors.”

Pretty sure her point here is that she should be considered in the same light. As in, young, but worthy of old-cat wisdom consideration. Aside from the obvious, she doesn’t understand that in those very days she would be considered old and close to death.

She is 50 (looked it up), so not even young in today’s standards (I am older than her, didn’t have to look that one up.)

She has all sorts of weird issues, including this you-ain’t-all-that self Jedi mind-trick.

first off. MTG is an idiot. Second, Hank Johnson has her beat

Hank Johnson Worries Guam Could "Capsize" After Marine Buildup - CBS News

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) is raising some eyebrows with a comment he made about the U.S. territory of Guam during a House Armed Services Committee hearing last Thursday.

In a discussion regarding a planned military buildup on the Pacific island, Johnson expressed some concerns about the plans to Adm. Robert Willard, head of the U.S. Pacific fleet.

"My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize," Johnson said. Willard paused and replied, "We don't anticipate that."

A little "intellectual" dishonesty in play here. You found ONE stupid statement by Johnson from over 14 years ago. MTG is good for one a week....consistently Her stupidity has completely eclipsed the island comment.

Certainly not intellectual dishonesty. I started with ‘she’s an idiot’ and go back and look at my post history, I have said that before. She’s also a blowhard that gets 10,000x the attention of Johnson in a different era. That being said, not sure you can compare the tallest midget when someone honestly believes not only that an island could tip over, But the catalyst would be additional marines being stationed on said island. That’s some PhD level ignorance

Thanks for pointing that out, and I stand duly corrected. “Those” people who keep voting for her every 2 years, including her party who can’t find someone more qualified to primary her out, keep electing her. That’s pretty sad.

In Florida you can register as “NPA” that’s how I’ve been registered since 1987or so.

    NPA means No Party Affiliation

Good for you, don't make your vote count. So you're just here to complain about both candidates... interesting waste of time.

Sorry man I can’t in good conscience vote for either of the top two guys running.

I’ll vote down ticket and state and local.

Discussion about how bad they both suck is my choice too. Just like your choice of free speech.
