I can't speak for 'my side'. There may well be some who emulate 'your side' and refuse to accept the results, despite all investigations showing the election was fair. But for me, if Trump wins and investigations clearly show there was no wide scale election fraud, as they did after the 2020 election, I will accept the results of the election and hope for the best.

 

What I predict is Trump wins and the Dems will call for recounts... and the Leftist end up actually losing more House seats and maybe even a Senate seat in that process... ironic justice.

 

Maybe. Calling for recounts depends on the particular election though. Calling for a recount of the presidential results in say, Arizona, doesn't mean they do a recount on all the House and Senate races as well. Either way, if recounts and investigations show the election was fair, unlike you I will accept the results.

Right now, polling has Trump at 319 with Virgina, NH, New Mexico and Michigan going his way. I don't think he can get much more than that unless Biden is replaced and the Dems screw it up even more.

 

If you're saying that Biden dropping out will lead to a bigger margin of victory for Trump, that is doubtful. In every swing state with a senate election for 2024, the Dem candidate for senate is significantly outpolling Biden. In AZ MI, NV, PA, and WI, the Democratic candidate for senate is leading their Repub opponent in the polls. Biden is losing to Trump in the polls in all 5 states.


You don’t need another pundit telling you that Mr. Biden should quit the race, although I’m among those who emphatically think he should. But Democrats should be more open to what polls are telling them — and again, not just Biden-Trump polls. There is a silver lining for Democrats to be found in these surveys. Voters in these polls like Democratic candidates for Congress just fine. More than fine, actually: It’s Mr. Biden who is the problem.

If a Trump was smarter he'd embrace populist issues that rFK champions like food freedom. People want to buy from their local farmer without the government getting in the way. The Amos Miller case for example. People want the.gov't to get off cryptocurremcy's back. People want to be able to die drug companies for harmful vaccines. Citizens.want to be able to sue the FDA and other gov't agencies for corruption. Trump should unite the populist right and the populist left.
