Biden’s first two post-debate public appearances might be just enough to keep him in the running. His mid-day campaign rally in NC actually seemed to go well, teleprompter-reading-wise. And tonight in his very short teleprompter response to the SCOTUS ruling on immunity he made one believable point in that Trump might not be trustworthy enough to put back in the WH with this ruling in his back pocket. Now, I don’t have much more confidence in Biden’s trustworthiness, but his assertion has some merit. mods can move to another thread if it belongs in one of the existing ones…
At this point I’m really irritated at Biden and don’t want to hear any more about how bad Trump is. If Biden is too selfish to do the right thing he is little better than Trump.

That doesn't change his inability to hold the office, but I don't buy it either. Too many clips floating out there from mid-day appearances which point in a different direction.
What the Dems are doing now to Biden (more exactly his family) amounts to elder abuse....plain and simple.
Even without the dementia concerns, he was always as compromised (if not more) as Trump morally. He got ran out of the 1988 election because he lied to everybody about his grades, law school ranking and plagiarized a bunch of speeches. He's always been flimsy af.

Hunter is reportedly the strongest advocate in that family for Biden staying in the race. And it has nothing at all to do with Hunter wanting his re-elected daddy to commute his prison sentence when the time comes.
It’s a classic symptom with Alzheimer’s disease. Their brains don’t have the stamina or reserves to go the whole day. This is why we prefer to do our cognitive testing earlier in the day as they tend to do better.
I’m now seeing plenty of dems talking about how great he has been since the debate, maybe it’s just the smart ones who are looking to dump him. Heard Anderson Cooper tonight talking about how great he was in an interview, he did at least qualify it admitting it was late last year…
What about the meds that right wingers said he was taking? There is no drug that will allow an Alzheimer's patient to be able to speak the way Biden does at times
