    Of course Trump didn’t have sex with a porn star. He has seen her movies. He has seen her in person. He doesn’t think she is a star of anything. Now Trump… he is a star and he knows that. Therefore he didn’t lie when he refused having had sex with a porn star and maintains a clear conscience about saying so. Next question ;)

    In other words since Stormy isn't a star even though Trump did have sex with her he didn't have sex with a porn star.

    Ya that was the problem with Biden, he was just tired. Must be hard after spending a week at camp David before the debate.

    Hate on Trump all you want but stop being delusional about Bidens state of mental decline.

    Thanks for the thoughtful reply and please don't take offense, but I can tell you spend most of your time overseas. In your first paragraph, you speak as if people will have to answer 'if they knew." Dude...everrrrrrybody who has any sort of rank in Biden's administration has known this for years. They were trying to pull one over on the American people and they got caught.

    The main area of push back I will offer (again) is that they can't sit back and cherry pick his successor as you and many of the pundits seem to so casually insinuate. To carry the point further, if Biden does indeed step away from the presidential race, he has to resign immediately. Again, Harris is your POTUS. Biden can't drop out of the race for cognitive issues and then continue on a few months as POTUS until his term ends. The dude carries the football. He's either fit to be POTUS or he's not.

    Harris becomes POTUS, she's not stepping aside. One look at that woman and you know she's not going anywhere. And so if the DNC did attempt to bring in the "dream candidate", it's going to be a big fight within the party. And then you have 1968 all over again. It's just not going to happen.

    The strategic move here, the smart move here is for the Dems to give Trump 2024 and lay the groundwork for 2028. Scream bloody murder every time Trump blinks his eyes. That is the textbook Democratic playbook. It's the realistic move, it's the forward-thinking move, it's the smart move. Dems need to accept that 2024 was a fumble on their own 1 yard line. GOP are going to score here. Regroup, try to circle the wagons for 2028. Michelle will still be youngish. Newsom will still be young. Wasting one of those candidates on 2024 is not the smart move.

    You are not paying attention. Biden was not going to be the nominee. They set him up knowing it would be this bad. The left has no one other than voter fraud.

    Most reasonable people outside the left have been saying for years that Biden was compromised. There isnt time to spin up a presidential campaign in 4 months. Ballets are literally being cast in September in some states.

    The Dems deserve every bit of this. They punched back at trump 4 years ago with a man that was at the end of his rope and they don't have anyone that is popular enough to swing independents. I keep hearing Newsom, but he isn't well known outside California. There were no primary debates, or campaigning for it.

    There only options are to ride to a loss with Biden, or roll the dice with a Kamala-Newsom ticket.

    Focus groups run during the debate showed independent voters moving towards Biden. They are smart enough to know that literally everything Trump said was a lie.

    The two polls in which respondents are sampled after the day after the debate. Still within the margin of error although I suspect that when the results of more polls are released especially in the swing states the numbers will not be good for Biden.

    Polls are useless at this point. Everyone knows who the two candidates are and who there guy is. If Biden is replaced, then it might be useful to a point, but 99.9% of folks know who they are voting for, likely they have voted for there candidate before.

    I'd really like to know who the idiots are that are so called undecided. They are probably the idiots that stand in front of the counter a McDonald's holding up the line trying to decide what to order when the menu hasn't changed much in there lifetime.
