Aggies have to start scratching out some runs. Vols offense is stronger top to bottom.

3-1 TN bottom of 5th and Aschenbach warming his rubber arm up in bullpen. TN pitcher consistently hitting a spot 4-6 inches off the plate and getting a lot of the calls. C’mon Tam

 

Aggies leaving runners on base with only 1 out...you just can't do that. Rocky Top playing good D at the same time.

Still 3-1 RT bottom of the 7th......

Just went to a dinner party which included a Vol friend. Said she was too nervous to watch. Kind of weird to me.

Vol sphincters tightening about now. Aggies with 2 on and 1 out, down 3. Can the Vols hold on?

 

Two horrendous at bats in a row.......all while two runners on base just waiting for a stinking lousy base hit.........

 

Yep, Gators aren't the only ones that swing at pitches out of the zone.
